Please note that this will cancel your entire order. If you’d like to remove individual items from your order, or cancel an order placed using AEO Connected rewards, please call Customer Support at 1 (800) 807-3783 or use Live Chat to speak to a Customer Service representative. 

After canceling your order, you may still see a pending charge. This charge should disappear within 5-7 business days. Contact your financial institution for any clarification on pending charges.
